1. Warranty Coverage
Epoxy Plus Adelaide provides a Limited Warranty for its professional floor coating systems:
Residential Installations: 10-Year Limited Warranty
Commercial Installations: 1-Year Limited Warranty
Epoxy Plus Adelaide provides a limited warranty for its floor coating systems, warranting that the flooring will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.
If any issues arise within the applicable warranty period, Epoxy Plus Adelaide will repair or recoat the affected area at no additional cost to the original purchaser.

2. Warranty Conditions
This warranty is valid only if:
The floor was installed by Epoxy Plus Adelaide.
Proper cleaning and maintenance practices, as outlined by the Company, are followed.
The flooring is used under typical residential or commercial conditions.
The floor is not exposed to abusive use, extreme environments, or harsh chemicals beyond
intended design limits.

3. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by:
A. Pre-Existing or Site-Related Conditions
Any substrate preparation or work not performed by Epoxy Plus Adelaide.
Substrate cracks existing before or occurring after installation due to ground shift or expansion/contraction.
Any crack repairs, regardless of whether completed during installation.
Colour or texture differences in repaired areas compared to original installation.
B. Environmental or Physical Damage
Delamination, blistering, or peeling caused by moisture intrusion, hydrostatic pressure, or vapour pressure.
Damage resulting from hydrostatic water problems or moisture vapour permeating the concrete slab.
Impact, dragging heavy equipment, or sharp objects that chip, gouge, or scratch the surface.
Flooding, fire, lightning, windstorms, or Acts of God.
Vehicle, forklift, or mechanical damage.
Exposure to solvents, acids, battery fluid, brake fluid, or other harsh chemicals.
C. Appearance & Surface Variations
Minor colour, shade, or texture differences compared to samples or marketing materials.
Surface marks or imperfections visible only under certain lighting or angles.
Dust, insects, or debris landing on uncured floors despite reasonable precautions.
Roller marks, transitions, or minor surface texture irregularities (less than 1% of the total area).
D. Maintenance & Improper Use
Failure to follow cleaning recommendations or use of harsh or soap-based cleaners.
Wear and tear, such as gloss loss or light scratching from foot traffic or use.
UV or heat-related fading or discolouration.
Damage from other trades or construction work after installation.

4. Warranty Claims Process
To file a claim under this warranty:

5. Limitations of Liability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Under no circumstances
shall Epoxy Plus Adelaide be liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited
to property damage, personal injury, or lost business income resulting from flooring failure.
